The Lady Cricket Cranes picked up two more wins in the coastal town of Dar es Salaam defeating their counterparts by 29 runs in game 1 and 67 runs in game 2.

The games played at the University of Dar es Salaam oval saw the African champions dominate their opponents in both games with a big win coming in the afternoon.

Coach Grace Mutyagaba made some changes with vice captain Janet Mbabazi leading the side in place of regular captain Kevin Awino, Rita Musamali and Evelyn Anyipo got a chance to feature for the 1st time on the tour.

Immaculate Nakisuyi (42) and Rachel Ntono (35) scored team high scores of the 107 scored by Uganda, Immaculate Nakisuyi (2/6) then tormented the Tanzanians with the ball to completed a 29 runs win for team Uganda.

In the afternoon, Uganda killed off Tanzania with a big win of 67 runs. Uganda batted first scoring 101 with Immaculate Nakisuyi (31) and Mary Nalule making notable contributions with the bat.

Rita Musamali (3/5), combined with Evelyn Anyipo (2/9) and Stephanie Nampiina (2/9) to derail the Tanzania chase and skittle all them out for 34.

The ladies will play their last games on the tour today before they fly back to Kampala tomorrow.

Denis has represented Uganda in international cricket events including the World Cup. He is currently the captain of Wanderers Cricket Club.
