Poor form in the domestic league, knock out cup now coupled with administrative instability have forced a pressure group of fans and loyalists to name a new chairperson.

Owek. Florence Nakiwala Kiyingi, also a third Vice President at FUFA has been forced to step aside for at least six months.

Meanwhile,  a new executive led by Hassan Bulwadda has been reportedly put in power by the irritate fans.

For starters, Nakiwala replaced Francis Ntalazi on 1st June 2016.

At the onset of the 2016/17 season, she is credited for having mobilized fans in a bid to revive the fasting fading legacy of the six time Uganda Premier league.

Internal woes, back stabbing, financial problems have definitely reflected to poor results on the field of play for the Red Eagles.

Already eliminated out of the Uganda Cup, Express has struggled in the relegation zone for a long spell this season.

Nakiwala will maintain her position as third FUFA Vice President.
