SC Villa coach described his side’s 3-0 win over URA at Masaka as very important.
Martin Kizza brace and a goal from substitute Yubu Bogere earned the Jogoos only their first victory in the second round but took them back to the summit.
“It was important to win after the heartbreaking loss to KCCA,” said Bbosa. “And scoring three goals is also very good for the boys given the struggles we have had in front of goal,” he added.
The Jogoos have netted a paltry 19 goals in 18 games and it was only the second time this season that they scored more than two goals in a single game.
But their stand out department so far remains the defence that has conceded just 7 goals and did shutout URA as well on Wednesday.
Bbosa and SC Villa return to action on Saturday to bogey side Bright Stars at Mwererwe.
