Four Ugandan FIFA Referees have been appointed by the Confederation of African Football Association (CAF) Referees’ appointment committee to handle the upcoming CAF Confederation cup play off return leg between Ethiopia’s Wolaita Dicha and  Tanzania’s Young Africans.
Towering Ali Sabila Chelangat is expected to handle the match as the center referee.
This will be Chelangat’s first ever appointment as center referee on the continent since he became FIFA Referee (since all of the times, he has been fourth official).
Chelanget will be assisted by compatriots Mark Ssonko and Musa Balikowa Ngobi as the first and second assistants respectively.
Alex Muhabi will be the fourth official for the game.

The pair recently handled the Uganda Premier League duel between Kirinya-Jinja S.S and Express at the Kyabazinga Stadium in Bugembe, Jinja.
