Nyamityobora Football Club striker Ibrahim Juma Dada scored a hat-trick against Police during the 4-1 Uganda Premier League duel at the Star Times Stadium, Lugogo.

Two of Dada’s goals arrived in the first stanza of the game with the final strike in the closing half.

The lanky forward became the second player to score a hat-trick in the current 2018/19 season, taking his personal tally to 7 in 16 games.

He has since promised and vowed to work for more goals, and help his club survive relegation.

I feel good having scored a hat-trick. It has been exceptional personal effort combined with the rest of the team members. I hope and pray that we continue to work as a unit as we attain more victories in the second round.

The 4-1 victory against Police was only Nyamityobora’s third win in 16 games, with three draws alike and 10 loses to accumulate just 12 games.

The Abanyakare are 12th on the 16 team log, with only Ndejje University (9 points) and Paidha Black Angels (7 points) below them.
