Kiboga Young and Proline played to a goal-less stalemate in a Rwenzori group duel played at the bumpy Bamusuuta S.S play ground in Kiboga on Thursday.
It was a game of completely two different halves with the visitors taking charge of the opening stanza as the home side dominated the second half.
Bright Anukani , Ivan Bogere and Ibrahim Wamannah largely troubled the Kiboga Young defence but goalkeeper Shatif Magoola was equal to the task.
In the second stanza, tiding of the game and definitely the script changed around.
Proline goalkeeper Hassan Matovu thwarted an intended loop from Brian Mugume 10 minutes into the half.
Matovu was again alert to parry away Duncan Ssemakula’s long ball out of defence denied Peter Lumolo with a goalie to beat incident.

Despite the draw, Proline remains top of the Rwenzori group with 38 points, one ahead of second placed Kansai Plascon.
Meanwhile, Kabale Sharp beat already relegated Ntinda United 2-0 at the Kabale Municipal Stadium.
Dickson Nuwamanya and Bosco netted the goals for Vialli Bainomugisha’s coached side.
In Bundibugyo, another relegated side, Bumate United was reduced to 10 men as early as the 10th men but still frustrated Doves to a two all draw.
For the Elgon group, Kyetume missed the opportunity to close gap onto the leaders Wakiso Giants with a one all draw away to Doves All Stars at the Green Light Stadium in Arua.
Veteran striker Robert Ssentongo put Kyetume ahead in the 53rd minute.
Moses Aliro had other ideas altogether with the equalizer, coming 7 minutes from full time.
In Lira at the PTC play-ground, Jinja Municipal Council (JMC) Hippos won 2-1 away over Amuka Bright Stars.
