
Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) Big League club Wakiso Giants has launched a drive in the department of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
The campaign has been dubbed ‘Let’s give back to the community’.
The club hereby calls upon the football family and well-wishers to contribute tangible items that could be clothes, shoes
According to the club’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sula Kamoga, the drive is intended to appreciate the community of Bugembe in Jinja where the club has been based for the entire duration in the FUFA Big League since evolving from Kamuli Park.

Wakiso Giants Football Club started a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) drive called let’s give back to the community where we are collecting items for the people of Bugembe to express our heart-felt love for the time we have been based there. You can donate clothes by delivering them to our office in Najjanakumbi.
The main collection center for the items is at the club’s head offices located at Najja Shopping Center in Najjanakumbi, along Kampala – Entebbe road.
This club has also previously supported education to one of their youngest fans with a monetary contribution of Shs 1,000,000.

Wakiso Giants has had a stellar season thus far in the FUFA Big League, and are on the verge of qualification to the Uganda Premier League.
With two games left on the menu in the Elgon group, the Purple Sharks is five points ahead of second placed Kyetume as they virtually need a point to seal the direct promotional slot to the top tier.
After this season, the club will relocate to the Wakisha Resource Center play ground (Kabaka Kyabaggu stadium) in Wakiso district.
