The curtain will come down on the 10th edition of the Ntare Lions League this weekend at Ntare School in Mbarara.

The league started by Old boys of Ntare School as a way of keeping them together after school has successfully held nine editions.

The 10th edition has been contested by 18 teams who have been competing for the 10 weeks at GEMS Cambridge with the top two sides Nshera and Ebicuncu contesting the main event on Saturday at Ntare School in Mbarara.

Nshera are hoping that three is a lucky number after being on the losing end in two previous finals while Ebicuncu who have been very well facilitated will be hoping that money walks over sentiments as they look to clinch their maiden Lions League title.

The back to school initiative is an opportunity for all old boys to relieve their high school memories most of which are synonymous with the team teams. The league also uses this opportunity to interact with current students and inspire them to be proud of Ntare.
