The curtains come down on what has been a pulsating season this weekend in Kapeeka.
After six rounds spread across the country, Yasin Nasser and Arthur Blick Jr are set to fight it out for National Rally Championship’s coveted honour.
The two drivers are expected to produce thrilling action as each targets a top spot to be assured of the title.

But who will be crowned 2019 NRC champion?
The Moil Rally Team heads into the finale with a 30 points lead ahead of rival Arthur Blick.

Nasser undoubtedly emerged as a big surprise among the title contenders. Few would expect him to be in the current position by round three.
His car upgrade equalled to the advanced pace as well as his consistency put him into the title chase.
Nasser and co-driver Katumba have finished all the six events with only one victory that came in the Pearl of Africa rally.

To secure his maiden title, Nasser must aim at finishing ahead of Blick in Kapeeka.
It could be double celebrations for the team with the Co-Drivers’ title already assured for team navigator Ali Katumba.
Arthur Blick Jr/George Semakula – Mitsubishi Evo X
After having disappointing seasons in the previous three years, the former national champion regained his fighting form kicking off the season on a high with a podium finish in the season opener in Mbarara.

A DNF (Did Not Finish) in round two and later mishaps in round three could not divert his focus for the title.
Blick carried on to collect podium positions including two consecutive victories in Fort Portal and Hoima Rally respectively to gain firm grounds on the title chase.

Blick will have to target victory and wish for his rival Nasser to finish out of top three or even DNF for him to register his second NRC title.
