Heathens ran in ten tries to claim another win of the Nile Stout Rugby Premiership in a one-sided contest against Impis at Kyadondo.

Santos Senteza, Jordan Bongomin, Patrick Okello and Scott Oluoch scored to open up a first-half lead for a mentally-bouyed home team.

Senteza, Bongomin struck again, Innocent Gwokto, Lawrence Ssebuliba, Claude Otema and Arthur Mukama adding further tries after the break as Heathens strolled to victory.

For Heathens, it was their fourth consecutive win of the season.

The Kyadondo based side created attacking platforms from the beginning just before Senteza grounded the ball past the gainline.

Impis invited more pressure thereafter, Bongomin finding a perfect ball in the left wing to crash over at the corner.

Heathens continued to show impressive variety as a scrummage in the visitor’s 22′ helped Okello touch down for comfortable advantage.

More rolling mauls helped Heathens dart through Impis’ backline again when Oluoch further compounded misery on the arrogance.

Senteza’s brute force, Gwokto’s dummy and run up which was completed by Bongomin under the posts – brought Heathens more fifteen points after the break.

Relacements Otema, Ssebuliba combined efforts in the different flanks to produce more flashes of flair, both crossing the white chalk.

The comfortable win was completed with another replacement – Mukama – whose prowess came to the fore through more scrummage in Impis’ half.

Impis who endured a torrid time capitalized on tee moments, collecting three points thanks to Robert Ssentongo’s accuracy late on.
