League debutants Kitara host champions Vipers in their premier league game at Masindi Municipal stadium.

Kitara have hosted all their previous top tier games at Kavumba and will fancy their chances against the Venoms in front of their fans who will be allowed into the stands.

The Venoms needed two late goals to defeat Kitara in the reverse fixture at Kitende and the performance in that game will no doubt inspire the hosts to stun the champions.

Fred Kajoba’s side miss the services of suspended Burundi international Fabien Mutombora who was sent off in the 4-0 win over Busoga United for punching teammate Azizi Kayondo.

But they have no worries with Bashir Sekagya and or Denis Kiggundu ready to stand in like it has been whole season.

Yunus Sentamu, Ceaser Mazonki and Paul Mucureezi will be the key men up front to destabilize the hosts’ backline.

A win for the visitors will maintain their top spot regardless of the outcomes of URA – Bul tie in Bombo.
