Uganda Premier League (Match Day 18): KCCA 1-0 SC Villa
Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) emerged top of the city derby, triumphing 1-0 over traditional arch rivals Sports Club Villa 1-0 at the MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo in Kampala on Sunday, 18th April 2021.
Forward Charles Lwanga was the hero with the price-less goal on the sunny evening, the 400th league goal this season.

The former SC Villa forward fired past goalkeeper Saidi Keni in the 73rd minute to give KCCA the maximum points.
The striker who is christened as “Neymar” collected a ball from Filbert Obenchan mid-way the playing field.
This was moments after replacing Samuel Ssenyonjo.


This was Lwanga’s 9th goal of the season that keeps him one shy of the two joint top scorers Yunus Ssentamu Junior and Steven Desse Mukwala.
The Jogoos have now lost seven of their previous eight visits to KCCA drawing the other two in the process.
KCCA climbed to 4th place on 33 points from 18 games as SC Villa suffered their 5th loss of the season and remained 6th with 29 points.
