Despite a late equaliser to salvage a draw at home to BUL FC, SC Villa winless run has stretched to five games.
Bul were cruising to a famous victory over the Jogoos following Musa Esenu’s second half strike but were undone by Muhammad Nsereko’s late goal.
The two sides played to a goalless draw at half time before Esenu broke the deadlock in the 69th minute.
The Jogoos who came into the game on the back of defeat at Mbarara City were destined to suffer defeat in their new kit but Nsereko cut Bul’s celebrations short with a late strike in the third of four additional minutes.
Villa remain 7th on the table with 31 points while a point moves BUL FC one place up in 9th position with 25 points after Mbarara City lost 2-0 to URA in Ndejje.
