Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Football Club officially unveiled left back Brian Majwega.

This happened during the club’s weekly sports show via KCCA FC television on the night of Sunday, 25th July 2021.

Majwega was accorded a three year employment contract having successfully served his two season tenure at Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Football Club.

The former Standard High Zana student, arguably one of the top left backs in the Uganda Premier League for the past seasons beefs up Morley Byekwaso’ s side ahead of the 2021 -2022 season.

This is Majwega’ third home coming at the club that has won 13 Uganda Premier League titles.

He has also previously played at Tanzanian side Azam and FUFA Big League entity, Maroons.

At left back, Majwega will compete with Hassan Musana and Herbert Achai who are also still at the club.

KCCA has also reportedly signed 2020 Masaza Cup most valuable player (MVP) Arafat Usama and former URA midfielder Yassar Mugerwa.

The Lugogo based club is also eyeing one to two more signings before the 2021 CECAFA clubs Kagame Cup in Dar es salaam city, Tanzania.

They did not renew the contracts for Fillbert Obenchan and Moses Kalanzi.
