Management of Arua Hill Sports Club has officially launched the Kongolo fan electronic card.
This was launched at the L’Hotel Confidential in Arua city on Saturday, February 5, 2022.
Club president Joel Jaffar Aita officially introduced the Kongolo Fan Card during the same event that the club announced the main shirt sponsor Kansai Plascon.
According to Aita, this initiative is meant for the registration and identification of club fans, among other purposes.
“The Kongolo fan card is a strategy to help register and identify our fans. The fans can also use this card to procure goods and get some services. We have partnered with bars, restaurants, and supermarkets where our fans with these cards can also use the card to get served on a discount,” Aita revealed.

These cards will be categorized into three categories; gold, silver, and bronze.
There are designated places where the fans can attain these Kongolo cards as Arua Hill head offices, Development Infrastructure (D.I) offices in Arua as well as in Kampala.
Meanwhile, during the same event, the Kongolo Sports city idea was launched officially.
Spectators across the board including club and non-club fans can purchase plots of land measuring 50 X 100 feet at Shs. 5,000,000 each.
These plots come with land titles and designs of the desired house to be built.
The Kongolo Sports City will have various recreational facilities with fields for football, motorsport, basketball, volleyball, and a swimming pool.
The Kongolo City idea started in Arua City and is expected to spread wings across the entire West Nile region, other parts of the country, and South Sudan.
On the same day, Arua Hill announced a three-year partnership with paints gurus Kansai Plascon worthy Shs. 500,000,000.
Kansai Plascon thus becomes the official shirt sponsor for the Kongolos.
