Regional Tours 2022:
- Uganda Cranes Vs Buganda Region Select

The Uganda Cranes regional tours will return on Sunday, 20th March 2022 as the national team face a select team from Buganda region at the Ssaza grounds in Mityana.
Buddu Ssaza and Impala Hill football club striker Bruno Bunyaga is among the 26 players summoned by head coach Milutin “Micho” Sredojevic.
Bunyaga had an impressive Masaza Cup championship as he guided Buddu to their second title in as many years.
He was also the joint top scorer with 6 goals, alongside Buwekula’s Isaac “Messi” Musiima.


Wakiso Giants defender Edward Satulo is the other new face on the team that also has Vipers’ youngsters’ goalkeeper Jack Komakech and defender Bob Olwouch as well as KCCA’s teenager Ibrahim Juma.
Other teenagers on the team are Oscar Mawa and Travis Mutyaba of Sports Club Villa and St Andrew’s High School, Gombe High.

The 26-man squad also has three foreign based players in goalkeeper Charles Lukwago (St George, Ethiopia), Ukraine based Faruku Miya and free agent Chris Akena.
The rest of the players are those in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
These regional tours are co-funded by Airtel Uganda and Nile Special.
