Patrick Kaddu will lead the front line for goals

Patrick Kaddu has left Fufa Big League leaders Kitara FC, the club has confirmed.

The former KCCA and Maroons forward has been a phenomenal for the club scoring 15 goals as many league games and leads the goal scoring charts in the second tier.

According to the club’s official media channels, Kaddu will join Kenya Premier League giants Gor Mahia next week.

At K’Ogalo, he will re-unite with former Uganda Cranes coach Johnathan McKinstry who is in charge at the club.

Gor Mahia currently sit 5th on the KPL table with 17 points after eight games but have two games in hand over teams above them with a point difference of just four.

If all goes well, Kaddu will hope to emulate compatriots Daniel Sserunkuma, Godfrey Walusimbi, Khalid Aucho, Geoffrey Baba Kizito and Shafik Batambuze who had very successful careers at the club.

Kitara have already bolstered their attacking options by adding Godfrey Lwesibawa from Gaddafi and are targeting free agent Paul Mucureezi who part ways with league champions Vipers.
