Egypt U-20 national team overcame South Sudan U-20 during an international build up duel played at the Cairo Military Academy Stadium on Friday, 10th February 2023.
The Egyptians needed a 90th minute penalty to break the resilience of the hard fighting South Sudanese.
The two countries are preparing for the upcoming AFCON U-20 championship that will be hosted by Egypt.
