The Jinja derby between Gaddafi FC and Busoga United FC played on Tuesday at Kakindu Stadium produced no winner as the two sides faced off.
The boring and dull game had limited scoring opportunities for either side and that accounts for the goalless scoreline at the end.
And this has been the case for either side in their recent engagements failing to produce goals.
Gaddafi felt they should have walked away with maximum points if Joel Madondo’s goal was not cancelled.
The would be goal from Madondo who had replaced Johnson Odongo in the 65th minute was cancelled with the assistant referee adjudging him to have been in offside position before scoring.
Busoga United played the bigger part of the game a man less following the dismissal of defender Herbert Onyango.
Onyango was sent off in the 38th after getting a second booking. He had earlier been cautioned in the 26th minute.
Gaddafi stay put in 9th on the table with 25 points, six more than Busoga United who occupy the last spot above the red zone.
