Overview:
The immediate task therefore at hand for the new technical team at Arua Hill Sports Club is to build a competitive side in such a record time before the second round comes knocking.
In a bid to re-organize their house prior to the kick-off of the second round for the StarTimes Uganda Premier League, embattled Arua Hill Sports Club has named the full technical staff.
The new club management steered by the chairperson Hassan Takoowa Mugerwa has confirmed the entire back room personnel.
This consists of the tried and test tacticians as CAF “A” licensed tactician Frank Ssebaggala Kisitu (assistant manager), newly acquired CAF “B” Sadik Sempigi (manager), Oliver Mbekeka (fitness), Umar Ddumba (youth coach), Mohammed Sadick Akii (doctor), Drake Lule (Physiotherapist), Richard Lukyamuzi (goalkeeping trainer) and Tonny Ssenabulya (match analyst).

Even since the former chairman Eng. Joel Aita announced his withdrawal from the club, the Kongolos have traversed through Hell and back.
In 15 matches of the first round played, they managed a single win with two draws with 11 losses, amassing a parity 5 points.
To make matters worse, there was an internal players’ revolt as the former head coach-cum-interim chairman Charles Livingstone Mbabazi departed for “greener pastures” to Vipers Sports Club.
The immediate task therefore at hand for the new technical team is to build a competitive side in such a record time before the second round comes knocking.
“We are trying to beat time so that we are reinstated to the fixtures. There are a couple of things we were instructed to do by FUFA and we are working around all that” Takoowa opened up to Kawowo Sports.

Meanwhile, management has to ensure that the employment contracts for all the staff (technical, administration and players) are fully in place and respected to the dot; the ownership matters resolved and put to bed, home ground confirmed and other pertinent issues that will drive this club forward.
Kawowo Sports has established that the new Arua Hill Sports Club management requested for a change of venue from West Nile (Paridi) to central Uganda (preferably Kavumba or Bombo).
With Kavumba already crowded, chances are many that Bombo military stadium will be new home for the Leopards (of approved) this season round.
