Express FC coach Alex Isabirye is aware of the difficult associated with picking points at Kakyeeka ahead of his side’s visit to Mbarara City on Friday.

The Red Eagles ended the first half on a high with four wins on the bounce and despite losing skipper Arthur Kiggundu and midfielder Emmanuel Wasswa in the transfer window, they remain positive as per Isabirye.

“We take on a team difficult to beat in their own backyard and we are aware of that,” said Isabirye.

“They have reinforced in the transfer window and will be tough to beat but we are confident of continuing with our good form,” he added.

In the dugout for the Ankole Lions is former Express FC title winning coach Wasswa Bbosa who will be desperate to put one over his former bosses.

Express are 6th on the log with 25 points while Mbarara City are 11th with 17 points.
