NEC FC coach Hussein Mbalangu expects a good and entertaining game when his side host Mbarara City at Lugogo under the floodlights.

The newly promoted side’s first ever topflight game was against the Ankole Lions which they won 1-0 at Kakyeeka.

Both teams come into the game on the back of good victories with Mbarara City triumphant over Express 3-1 while NEC overcame Busoga United 3-2.

“I anticipate a good game between the two motivated sides after wins in the previous games,” said Mbalangu. “It will be a tough challenge but at the end of the day, I expect us to come on top,” he added.

Gaddafi Wahab is expected to make his debut for the Bugolobi based side as he returns from suspension he carried from Arua Hill and he joins Enock Ssebagala among the returning players.

Mbarara City will hope Captain Joseph Akwandanaho and striker Henry Kitegenyi are in fine form to cause havoc.
