Owen Kibanda’s first game in charge ended 1-all against Bugolobi Ex-Internationals at the Makindye Officer’s Mess playground on Sunday, 25th February 2024.
All Stars Kampala Association (ASKA) oldies team management confirmed the technical department.
This was at a function held at the Archbishop Paul Ssemogerere sports arena in Ndeeba, Rubaga (Kampala city) on Saturday, 24th February 2024.
Owen Kibanda was confirmed as the head coach. The former Katwe United and Nsejjere player was given an employment contract for two years.
“I am humbled for the presented opportunity. I want to lead the ASKA Oldies team to victory in the Kampala East Oldies League” Kibanda stated.
Bright Charles Bahizi (former Sports Club Villa player) is the assistant coach with Steven Bengo as the brand ambassador.
The others are; Isaac Okolimo (CEO), Michael Ssewalulya (fans’ coordinator) and Bashir “Bad-Boy” Olwita as the chief advisor.

Henry Mukwaya scored for ASKA Oldies team who lost numerical advantage when Dan Wagaluka was sent off.
The next game in the pipeline is against Kansanga Oldies on Sunday, 3rd March 2024 at the Makindye Officers’ Mess playground.

Meanwhile, Nansana ASKA Futsal Club, an entity that features in the betPawa Futsal Super League appointed Muhamadi Senfuma as their head coach with immediate effect for two years.
Senfuma, a CAF “B” certified coach who also holds a FUTSAL introductory coaching certificate replaced George Manda.
He will be deputized by Experito Muwonge and Isaac Ssemakula.
Senfuma has previously coached Talent Bridge and Dream Futsal Clubs.
He was in charge of the Dream Futsal Team as they lifted the 2017-2018 Futsal Super League title.
The immediate task for Senfuma and the rest of the back room staff will be a duel against newly crowned 2023-2024 betPawa Futsal Uganda Cup winners as well as the league defending champions Park in the betPawa Futsal Super League on 1st March 2024 at the Old Kampala Sports Arena.
During the first half of the betPawa Futsal Super League, Nansana ASKA were 5th with 21 points.
