Sunday, 28th April 2024 witnessed day two of this year’s Fresh Dairy Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) ball games hosted by Ndejje SS in Luweero district.

A dozen of goals were scored by several teams at the different venues on the day.

Gulu based Sacred Heart Secondary School recorded the biggest number of goals; 12-0 against Benyiny S.S.

It was a sour day for Benyiny having also fallen 1-5 to Nyakasenyi SS.

Sacred Heart SS also hammered Kapchorwa’s Teryet High Altitude SS 5-0 in the other duel.

Hosts Ndejje SS lost 0-9 to Bishop Comboni College Kambuga whilst St Noa Girls School also won comprehensively 9-0 over Mbarara’s Maryhill High School.

Uganda Martyrs High School Lubaga won 8-0 over Shuuku Vocational school whilst Kawempe Muslim overcame Kyeizooba Girls’ school 7-0.

Defending champions Amus College humbled Acaba SS 4-0, the same scoreline that Amazing Grace High School Luweero fell to Latifah Mixed School.

In the morning, Amus College who are managed by veteran Video Anyau and Moses Ssekasana also beat Jovan Magino’s coached Nkoma SS from Mbale 3-0.

Day three of the games continue on Monday, 29th April 2024 as the group stages continue.
