Ntare School golfers with their trophy at the 2024 Clash of Titans golf tournament

A record over 260 golfers were in action at the par-71 Entebbe club during the 2024 clash of Titans golf tournament.

This tournament is played by golfers depending on which schools they attended to in the yester-years.

Since inception, it has remained one of the most sought after events on the calendar of Uganda Golf Union and always drawn capacity crowds.

The 2024 edition once again was well attended with Ntare School coming top with 378 points.

Namilyango College golfers celebrate their third place

St Mary’s College Kisubi (SMACK) came second with 360 points and Namilyango College was third with 351 points.

Kings College Budo (340 points) and Mvara SS (318 points) completed the top five.

Girls schools:

Bweranyangi Girls was outstanding among the girls’ schools with 100 points. Mary Hill and Namagunga came second and third with 95 and 94 points respectively.

The golfers enjoyed the 19th hole experience to the brim where there was a sumptuous dinner.
