Vipers SC has officially been crowned as Champions of the 2024/25 Uganda Premier League on Saturday as the season came to a climax.
The Venoms emerged Champions after a remarkable season where they outshone the rest of the teams.

The crowning ceremony came immediately after their final game of the season against Soltilo Bright Stars FC which ended in a one-all draw.
Alou Kokas fired the visitors into the lead but Allan Okello converted from the spot to claim the top scorer’s gong with 19 goals.
FUFA President Hon. Moses Hassim Magogo handed the new Uganda Premier League trophy to captain Milton Karisa.

The trophy unveiled this week is christened Margherita, a name derived from the highest peak on the Rwenzori mountain ranges.
Margherita was revealed to the crowd at St. Mary’s Stadium by Vipers legend Tonny Odur.
Vipers SC ended the season with 69 points, two ahead of NEC FC who edged URA FC 1-0 in Lugogo.
