Busiro Ssaza football team will face Entebbe Select team on Wednesday, 25th June 2025 at the dusty and barren Nkumba Kataka playground.
The friendly match is one last game for the 2022 champions as they prepare for the 2025 season with their first game against Busujju.
This build-up will also serve as a tour for the team to the Katabi Town council area to lure as many fans as possible.
Coaches Omulangira Denis Kiyimba, Omulangira Hassan Wasswa Mawanda, Robert Kimuli, Richard Lukyamuzi and Grace Bukenya (goalkeeping trainer) will use this build to further assess the readiness of their team.
Against Entebbe Select at Nkumba Kataka playground, Busiro new recruits as the Nkumba University duo of John Kennedy Ssewankambo and left back Ismail Lubega will play on a familiar fortress.
Other fresh signings include Hamza Kalibwami from Buddu, Rahman Kabaale from Busujju, Julius Lukyamuzi, Jamiru Kajubi, Hajji Ssebumpeenje, Kasim Kaboji Keri, and Allan Kalule, among others.
Some of the outstanding players from last season are; Peter Kaye, Sharif Muwaya, Lawrence Kimera, and Hamza Ntagugira, among others.
