Philip Wokorach

With less than a week to the Rugby Africa Cup, Uganda’s final squad for the tournament has been named.

Star back Philip Wokorach, who has been running rings around the India Rugby Premier League, is part of the squad.

Alex Aturinda, who captained the 7s side at the Africa Sevens, is also named for 15s duty and his ball skills will be crucial from the base of the scrum.

Walukuba Bababrians hooker Edward Emiemu, Jinja Hippos prop Fahad Maido, and KOBs prop Blair Ayebazibwe make the squad as the new faces that will be considered in the front three having been on the fringes last year.
