Guinea will on Wednesday start preparations ahead of the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) which is exactly a month away from kickoff.

The Syli Locaux will camp in Senegal for the next few days and plan to play two friendly games against the Lions of Teranga on 4th and 7th July in Dakar.

A 26-man squad has been named by coach Souleymane Camara with majority of the players coming from Horoya AC and Haifa FC.

Guinea is placed in Group C alongside co-hosts Uganda, Niger, South Africa and Algeria.

The 2024 CHAN is expected to kick off on 2nd of next month and run up to 30th.
