Uganda Premier League side KCCA Football Club has completed the signing of roving right back, Lazaro Bwambale.
Bwambale joins the Kasasiro Boys as a free agent after running down his contract at Kitara FC where he impressed the local scene.
The acquisition of Bwambale was brought to the public via the club’s official social media today, Wednesday, July 3, 2025.
“Citizens, Lazaro Bwambale is a Kasasiro Boy. Welcome Lazaro,” a statement partly reads.
Bwambale is part of the Uganda Cranes provisional squad preparing for the 2024 CHAN. Though he will have to impress the more inorder to make a final cut.
Bwambale will fight for a starting slot in the right back position alongside Haruna Lukwago, Filbert Obenchan and Gavin Kizito.
Bwambale becomes KCCA’s second signing after the acquisition of Ivan ‘Hunter’ Ahimbisibwe who switched from URA FC.
