Lazaro Muhindo Bwambale has described KCCA as a big club with clear ambitions moments after signing for the club on a two-year contract.
Joining from Kitara who were irked with by ex-KCCA coach Abdallah Mubiru who described the Royals as a small club last season, Lazaro’s comment will surely rub his former club’s fans the wrong way.
“I am happy to join KCCA FC,” Lazaro told the KCCA website.
“This is a big club with clear ambitions, and I am looking forward to contributing to the club’s success.”
Lazaro who will face stiff competition from Haruna Lukwago and Gavin Kizito for a starting berth at his new club is ready to work hard.
“I am ready to work hard, compete for a starting spot, and help the team achieve its goals, especially bringing back titles to Lugogo.”
The right back re-unites with tactician Brian Ssenyondo who also joined KCCA in a co-coaching capacity alongside Jackson Magera.
