Overview:
The USSSA Ball games 2 entail a rich menu of sports disciplines ranging from Netball, Handball, Volleyball, Football (U-14 and U-16), Basketball (3X3), Lacrosse, Dancesport, mind games, Dancesport, rugby 7's and cross country.

After making its debut at the Uganda Secondary Schools Association (USSSA) Ball Games 2 held in Kabale (2023), Lacrosse was again played in Soroti last year.
The sport years for the third successive time at the 2025 USSSA Ball games 2 in Tororo, Eastern Uganda.
Twenty teams (9 for boys and 11 for girls) will be in Tororo to compete seriously ahead of the East African games in Kakamega city, Kenya next month (12th to 23rd August 2025).
Males:
The representation for the males has Kigezi High School (Kigezi zone), Bombo Army SS and St Mary’s High School Zirobwe (Luwero zone), St Balikudembe SS Mitala Maria, Empower International Academy and Kinaawa High Mugongo (Mpigi zone), Code High School Seeta Bajjo and Seeta High School main (Mukono) as well as St Peter College Tororo (Bukedi zone).
Females:
The girls’ teams include Nabisunsa Girls School and Kyambogo College (Kampala), Mt St. Mary’s College Namagunga, Muzza High School and Code High School Seeta Bajjo (Mikono zone), Empower International Academy, St Balikudembe Secondary School Mitala Maria, Kinaawa High School Mugongo (Mpigi zone), St Mary’s High School Ziroobwe and Bombo Army SS (Luweero) as wel as Kigezi High School (Kigezi zone).

For the 3rd consecutive year, the competition has grown and developed tremendously and for us we are glad for this national platform. The Uganda Lacrosse Association is prepared to offer technical support for all qualified schools for the USSSA Ball Games 2 in Tororo.

For the first time still, the best performing schools shall be granted the opportunity to showcase this sport at the 2025 FEASSA games in Kakamega city, Kenya (12th to 23rd August 2025) among the demonstration games.
