JT Jaguars secure a well-deserved 65-50 victory against City Oilers in a National Basketball League at Lugogo Indoor Arena on Friday.

City Oilers came into the game having secured four straight wins after that narrow loss to Sommet BC.

Mer Maker’s lay-up concluded the first opening as City Oilers trailed by six points (12-18).

Fadhili Chuma’s 3-point fade-away jumper sealed the second quarter as JT Jaguars opened a 10-point lead going into the long break.

Coming from the locker rooms, Aaron John Eboyu’s driving lay-up extended the Jaguars’ lead to 12 points going into the final quarter.

Benjamin Kawani was perfect from the line as the City Oilers trailed by 15 points at the end of the game.

Only Joseph Chuma (11 points) managed to reach double points for the City Oilers.

On the other hand, Fadhili (13 points), Eboyu (11 points) and Were Mark (11 points) led the Jaguars in double digits.
