Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) will compete at the inaugural edition of the ISF World School Golf Championship at the Royal Golf Dar Es Salam course in Rabat city, Morocco.

Racheal Laura Natukunda (Nyakasura School) and Damian Asiimwe (St Julian High School Gayaza) are the two players on team Uganda under the tutelage of Isaiah Mwesige as head coach.

The team traveled alongside USSSA executive committee member Richard Muhumuza and president Justus Mugisha aboard Qatar Airways via Doha.

 “We traveled well and set for the official practice round on the golf course on Tuesday. The players are ready for the best showing” Mwesige who runs the famous AFRIYEA Golf Academy in Fort Portal city remarked.

The official practice round is on Tuesday, 15th July 2025 ahead of round one the following day.

This is the inaugural edition of the ISF Golf world schools championship, featuring both U-18 and U-15 age clusters for boys and girls.

Royal Golf Dar Es Salam course in Rabat will host the event of over 130 talented young golfers from around the world.

The official training session is on Tuesday as well as the technical meeting, ISF Academy and opening ceremony.

Round one will be on Wednesday, 16th July 2025 and the gala dinner.

Thursday, 17th July 2025 has round two. The cultural and Nations’ night festivities will be on July 18th 2025.

Round three will be on 19th July 2025 before completion of round four on the 20th July 2025.
