Uganda Premier League side URA Football Club has confirmed the signing of goalkeeper Chrispas Kusiima.

The development was made public via the club’s official website today, Wednesday, July 30, 2025.

“URA FC is pleased to confirm the return of experienced goalkeeper Chrispas Kusiima,” the statement partly reads.

Kusiima joins the Tax Collectors as a free agent on a two-year employment contract after concluding his stay at Kitara Football Club.

Kusiima was a Tax Collector in 2016 but failed to get a starting slot due to the stiff competition at the club by then. Searching for playing time he left to join Tooro United.

After playing for Tooro United, Gaddafi and Kitara, he returns to URA a better player in terms of improving his craft as well as gaining experience.

In the previous season, Kusiima managed to clinch the Golden Glove with 16 clean sheets in the 27 league games played.

He becomes URA’s second signing after the announcement of pacy winger Living Kabon who also joined the club from Kitara FC.
