According to my understanding, Quarter Finals represent eight teams and Chan tourney is not different. So, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Algeria, Madagascar are the six automatic qualifiers. In line with Tradition, two best finishers have to be found to reach last eight. To me, South Africa who remained unbeaten throughout their campaign do qualify to Quarter Finals.
