Seasoned coach Edward Golola has on Tueaday officially joined the technical team at URA FC ahead of thew season.

The Tax Collectors confirmed that Golola joins them as the first assistant coach.

“URA FC have boosted their backroom staff under head coach Alex Isabirye with the addition of experienced tactician Edward Golola as the club’s new first assistant coach. Golola, a seasoned figure in Ugandan football, has already started work with the team ahead of the new campaign.” The statement confirmed.

Golola is best known for his stint(s) at Vipers SC where he has been part of the large success story for the club, winning several League titles.

He will work alongside Alex Isabirye who is the club head coach. Richard Kasule will serve as second assistant coach, Crespo Asiku as the third assistant coach while Manko Kaweesa, Isma Serebe as performance analyst/ statistician and Jamil Ddamba will work as the fitness and goalkeeping coach respectively.

URA FC is seeking to win the League title for the first time since 2011. Coicedentally Alex Isabirye was the head coach.
