  • Sommet vs City Oilers – 7pm

City Oilers are out to confirm a slot in the National Basketball League finals as they take on Sommet Basketball Club in the ongoing semifinal series.

City Oilers is set to take on Sommet BC in game four of the best-of-five semifinal series at YMCA Court, Wandegeya on Wednesday evening.

The Oilers come into today’s game with a 2-1 lead. Another victory would secure their spot in the finals against the Namuwongo Blazers.

The Oilers have won the NBL title 10 times and are eager for an 11th as they continue to dominate the basketball scene in the country.

On the other hand, Sommet will seek to level the series and force a highly anticipated game five.

Sommet, the newly promoted side, won game one but lost game two narrowly. They led for the first three quarters of game three before collapsing in the fourth quarter, which allowed the Oilers to secure victory.

With only one chance left, Sommet will stage a strong fight to extend their campaign and give fans a perfect Wednesday outing.
