Uganda Cubs' forward James Bogere celebrates

Uganda U17 Football National Team Head Coach Brian Ssenyondo has summoned a provisional squad of 47-players ahead of the FIFA U17 Men’s World Cup.

The squad revealed today is comprised of largely players that featured at AFCON U17 and helped Uganda to qualify to the World Cup for the very first time.

The team has already entered camp at Cranes Paradise Hotel in Kisasi. From here, they will then head to Dubai, UAE for another camp from 21st-30th October before heading to Qatar.

Uganda is in Group K that has Chile, Canada and France. The Cubs will start their campaign against Canada on 5th November, take on Chile on 8th November and then end group business against France, three days later.
