- Calvary vs Entebbe UPPC – Midigo P/S play Ground, Yumbe 4pm
- Vipers SC vs KCCA – St. Mary’s stadium, Kitende 8pm
KCCA have an opportunity to strike early blow in the title race when they visit perennial title rivals Vipers at St. Mary’s stadium, Kitende on Friday.
The Kasasiro are joint top with 11 points having played five games already and a win will take them three points clear of second placed Police who left it late in the 2-1 win over UPDF.
On the other hand, champions Vipers have played four games less with only three points following their opening victory over Entebbe UPPC last week.

“The mood is okay, the energy is there and we are in a position where we can put the best performance and result tomorrow (Friday),” said KCCA co-coach Jackson Magera who will be in charge for a third consecutive game on his own with partner Brian Ssenyondo in Qatar with the Uganda Cubs.
Magera however expects a tough outing against a team desperate to collect points and climb up the log.
“It is a very important fixture against a very tough team, they are the defending champions and they also want to accumulate points and move up the table so we have to work hard,” he added.
Usama leads company of old boys in the clash

The game has over seven players with strong links on either side with Usama Arafat the latest in the queue.
The winger will be one in the spotlight having crossed from the yellow and blue of Lugogo to the red and black of Kitende.
Allan Okello and Moses Waiswa are the former KCCA players on the hosts team while Ashraf Mugume, Mutwalibu Mugolofa and Gavin Kizito have strong links with the Venoms having started their career at St. Mary’s SS.
