Kampala Queens secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory St Noa in the FUFA Women’s Super League at Muteesa Stadium, Wankulukuku on Saturday.

Catherine Nagadya scored the all-important strike as the Queens of Soccer bagged maximum points away from home.

The visitors came out of their blocks early asking St Noa’s backline thanks to Kamiyati Naigaga and Joanitah Ainembabazi’s thrilling combination.

The former St Noa student, Nagadya scored a beautiful strike in the 36th minute as the visitors took over the driving seat.

St Noa’s goalkeeper Lillian Nakirya turned up big in the second half making timely saves to keep her side in the game even when Kampala Queens kept knocking.

After the victory, Kampala Queens lie second on the log with 16 points while St Noa is seventh with six points in the six games played thus far.

Up next, Kampala Queens will host Uganda Martyrs while St Noa will be on the road as they take on Olila HS on Sunday, November 16, 2025.
