  • Entebbe UPPC vs Police – Fisheries Ground, Bugonga 4pm
  • Calvary vs UPDF – Midigo P.S Ground, Yumbe 4pm

Calvary resume their hunt for the first win of the premier league when they host UPDF at Midigo Primary School Grounds on league resumption.

A lot has changed at the club since their last game which they lost 4-2 to Police at home with coach Jimmy Kintu Mwera departing.

No official appointment of his replacement has been confirmed yet as they aim to move out of the relegation zone for the first time since the season kicked off.

Playing at home gives them belief and after scoring four goals in their last two defeats, that is a positive they will want to take into the game against an equally struggling army side that has kept one clean sheet so far.

UPDF are only two points above Calvary who are at the base of the 16-team standings with only a point in five matches.

The army side haven’t picked maximum points since beating Mbarara City away at Kakyeeka on match day two.

Failure to pick a decent result from Yumbe could force the hierarchy at the club to consider managerial changes with Alex Gitta under pressure to deliver maximum points.

Elsewhere, Entebbe UPPC and Police face off at Fisheries Ground, Bugonga.
