URA's easy win over Buhimba United Saints arrived days after the sacking of their head coach Alex Isabirye. The interim Edward Golola perfectly wheeled the ship.

Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Football Club humiliated league debutants Buhimba United Saints 7-3 at the Hamz Stadium on Wednesday, 26th November 2025.

In the early kick-off of the double header evening, URA was merciless in execution, leading 3-0 by the halftime break.

Joseph Ssemujju, Nelson Senkatuka, Denis Kisiriko, Living Kabon and a hat-trick by second-half substitute Fred Amaku gave URA the comprehensive victory.

Martin  Opolot, Edson Agondeze and Charles Kyomuhendo replied for the visitors.

Days after the sacking of their head coach, Alex Isabirye, the interim Edward Golola perfectly steered the ship.

Ssemujju broke the resilience of the visitors with a strike on the half-hour mark.

Senkatuka made it two 12 minutes later with a superbly curled free kick before Kisiriko ensured that by the halftime mark, it was all safe.

The second half belonged to one man – Fred Amaku, who scored three goals.

Amaku was introduced in the 51st minute for Laban Tibiita.

He got his first in the 68th minute, the second in the 74th minute and completed his hattrick with 7 minutes to play.

Another substitute, Living Kabon (replaced Kisiriko), scored on the stroke of full-time for the biggest score of the season thus far.

This was only the second win of the season for URA, who are now 5th on the 16-team log with 11 points, whilst Buhimba United Saints is 12th with 9 points.

Meanwhile, the second duel of the evening witnessed the reigning league champions whip Express 3-0.

Goals from Enock Ssebagala, skipper Allan Okello and Isaac Ogwang gave Vipers maximum points, maintaining their great start to the season.

The Venoms have now made it five out of five as they hit the summit of the table standings.

Thursday, 27th November 2025 has two games on the menu; BUL entertains Entebbe UPPC at the FUFA Technical Center, Njeru and Kitara visits Police at Kira Road.
