Vastly experienced Ugandan security officer Dixon “Bond” Adol Okello has assigned to handle the security operations for the high-profile Group B clash at AFCON 2025 between Egypt and South Africa.

This match will take place on Friday, 26th December 2025 (6 PM, East African time) at the Adrar Grand Stade in Agadir.

Egyptian Mahmoud Taher is the other security officer.

This match will be officiated by Burundian Pacifique Ndahihawenimana.

Djibril Camara from Senegal is the first assistant referee. He will work alongside countryman Nouha Bangoura.

The fourth official is Rwanda’s Samuel Uwikunda, whilst the commissioner is Mohamed Moumin Ali from Djibouti.

Another Ugandan, Ali Mulumba Tomusange, is the referee assessor.

Alexander Sakyi Sakyi (Ghana) is the general coordinator. The Technical Study Group has Ilunga Nkongolo Herita (France) and Aliou Cisse (Senegal).

The two commercial officers are Mamadou Diallo (Mali) and Quintine Indeche Mmbaya (Kenya).

There are two media officers: Ibrahima Tanou Diallo (Guinea) and Gwen Mulundu Chipasula (Zambia).

Kenyan Dickens Mimisa Nyagrowa (Video Assistant Referee), assisted by Niger’s Sadoi Ali Brahamou.

Tunisian Zakia Bartegi is the Doping Control Officer. Youcef Koudri (Algeria) is the assistant general coordinator.

Melissa Koudri (South Africa) is the broadcast venue manager.

South Africa won their opener 2-1 over Angola. Egypt also won by the same scoreline with Mohammed Salah’s stoppage-time winner.
