Uganda Cranes Vs Tanzania: Onyango in goal as Put makes five changes for second game

Uganda Cranes head coach Joseph Paul Put has named the team to face Tanzania Taifa Stars in the Africa Cup of Nations Group C clash.

There are five changes from the team that lost 3-1 to Tunisia three days ago.

Veteran goalkeeper Denis Onyango is the team captain and replaces Salim Omar Magoola Jamal between the goal posts.

Travis Mutyaba, Baba Alhassan, Allan Okello and Bobosi Byaruhanga are also drafted to the starting lineup.

Kenneth Ssemakula, Toby Sibbick, Jordan Obita, Jude Ssemugabi and Rogers Kassim Mato maintain their slots on the team.

Uganda and Tanzania find themselves in must-win situations following respective losses to Tunisia (3-1) and Nigeria (2-1) on matchday one.
