Uganda is blessed with abundant personality species. There are gallant gentleman and ladies that this ‘Pearl of Africa’ land proudly boasts of; with relevance, national importance and pure substance.
Federation of International Football Associations (FIFA) certified safety and security expert Dixon Adol “Bond” Okello ranks among these exceptional individuals of character.

After establishing self among the world’s best safety and security gurus on the land, Okello has never been shy to openly share his experiences, knowledge and the famous gains attained.
For the umpteenth time, Okello has once again confirmed the training of safety and security stewards coming up in the love month of February 2026.
This is not restrictive of any sport, club entity or national sports federation (associations) and organizations; it is a full package for all.

“The training of stewards for safety and security will take place this February. It is for all sports federations, football clubs and organizations. It is entirely free like in the previous years. If you are looking to train or upgrade your safety team’s skills, don’t hesitate to reach out. First come, first served.” Okello, who has been part of the CAF team at the on-going AFCON 2025 in Morocco remarks.
The training of stewards in line of safety and security will encompass interested persons from all sports federations, football clubs, and organizations.
Games as Football, Rugby, Netball, Hockey, Volleyball, Cricket, Tennis and others are encouraged to send in officials ready to train.

For starters, Okello has now trained over 2000 stewards in safety and security operations since the program was enrolled.
By far, he remains Uganda’s most successful safety and security official who has served professionally with diligence and commitment at varying CAF and FIFA organized competitions.
He has also trained safety and security officers in Zambia, Sudan, Libya, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Cameroon, Egypt and Algeria, among others.
