- Police vs Calvary – Kiira Road Arena 4pm
- Maroons vs KCCA – Prisons Ground, Luzira 4pm
- UPDF vs Entebbe UPPC – Bombo 4pm
After a horrible defeat to Police, KCCA co-coach Brian Ssenyondo has warned his boys to lift themselves up when they visit Maroons on Wednesday.
The Kasasiro’s defeat saw them miss an opportunity to keep top spot but have a chance to get back to winning ways against one of the toughest opponents in the division.
Ssenyondo is aware of the threat the Maroons side will pose but wants to fight for all points.
“The performance in our last outing was unacceptable for a club of this stature,” he told the pre-match press briefing. “We have informed the players that we cannot represent KCCA FC in that manner again,” he added.
“Luzira is never an easy place to visit, but we have worked on our game management, and we are going there to fight for every ball and ensure we bring something positive back to Lugogo.”
There have been three stalemates in the past five meetings with either winning once.
Ssenyondo welcomes back striker Emmanuel Anyama from suspension and Peter Magambo from injury but Joao Gabriel and Ettiene Katenga are in recovery mode at the moment.
Elsewhere on Wednesday, UPDF and Police are at home to Entebbe UPPC and Calvary respectively.
