Watambala fired Vipers in the opening minute with a powerful effort after pouncing on a loose ball in the area.
Usama Arafat’s curling effort bounced off the frame in the 19th minute as Vipers kept on the front foot of the game.
With 10 minutes on the clock, Mulongo doubled Vipers’ lead with a delightful finish thanks to Usama’s delivery.
Three minutes later, Watambala put the icing on the cake after curling the ball into the bottom corner.
The victory takes Vipers to the top of the log with 30 points, while URA lies 15th with 11 points.
