The Men’s Elite League will test the mettle of the young upcoming players, along with the seasoned campaigners who have been distributed in three different teams.

Bujjagali Rafters will be led by Juma Miyaji, Kenneth Waiswa leads Karuma Rapids, while youngster Christopher Kidega will lead the Itanda Kayakers.

The teams will play a double round robin format starting on Tuesday, February 3rd, with a final slated for Sunday, February 8th, with all the games at the Lugogo Cricket Oval.

The elite is supposed to allow the young and upcoming players to compete with the seasoned campaigners to get them more experience as they take the next step; such opportunities don’t come around in club cricket.
