Divine Mukasa, 18, was born in Newham city, England to a Ugandan father and Lithuanian mother. He remains eligible to represent Uganda, England and Lithuania at the international level.

He has won the English Youth FA Cup twice on successive seasons in the 2022-2023 season with West Ham United and the subsequent 2023-2024 season with Manchester City.
He has already featured for the English U-15, U-16, U-17 and currently the U-18 youth national teams.
At Under-21 level this season, he has scored seven goals in 13 outings and across the Under-18 Premier League, UEFA Youth League and FA Youth Cup, Mukasa has scored 17 goals and registered 24 assists across 34 appearances.
